For these lovely ladies it was Dior at the recent awards. Though not a fan of their dresses, will concede that they did look good. One slightly more than the other.

Ms. Desai’s dress totes that line between making someone look sun-kissed and sun-burnt. Can’t help but think the pale color just isn’t working with the make-up palette Preeti chose for the evening.

South Asian Young Women Entrepreneurs (SAYWE) held its first Fashion For Compassion show featuring South Asian Women designers with participating designers being Pria Kataria Puri, Amrita Singh, Atelier AZZA by Azeeza Desai Khan and Rani Emaan.

Providing the celeb quotient were Preeti Desai with beau Abhay Deol, Janina Gavankar, Archie Panjabi and Shenaz Treasurywala who all had gathered to honor jewellery designer Ranjana Khan.

P.S. Azeeza is wearing her own.

Yet again we have ourselves two magazines featuring an outfit, this time a Dior, seen on two different folks. Sonam’s pic shot at the Mandarin Oriental in Thailand takes into account her locale. Preeti’s pic, on the other hand, was shot in a studio with beau Abhay.

Clad in Dior, Abhay and Preeti make their appearance on L’Officiel’s September issue. Apart from the fact, that we’ve seen the Dior gown already on Ms. Sharma, we’re quite digging the styling of the cover. Especially, the multi-colored logo. It’s striking without being overwhelming.
