While I appreciate the fact that Hazel has been changing it up with every appaearance, can’t quite say am feeling this most recent appearance of hers. Not a fan of the outfit! And truth be told, it’s not doing much for her (Hazel) either.

This fitted Zara dress is quickly becoming a favorite in real life and on print. After Sridevi, Nargis was spotted wearing a red version of the dress for HCL’s print campaign and on Thursday, Hazel at Bridal Week.
We’re not going to ask who wears it better, because we think Sridevi wins this one outright! :)

We knew it wouldn’t be long before saw one of Aarti Vijay Gupta’s creations off the runway and giving us the first sighting (if you don’t count Fern in the scarf) was Hazel at IIJW. She picked the colorwheel sari with the pantone shade card blouse and earrings by Gehna.
Hazel seems to lack that certain je ne sais quoi to make the kitschy print work, to own it.

Keeping the look simple was a good idea considering how heavily embellished the Anaikka dress is. But, am not feeling the hair. Something more volumnious (think Deepika, Cocktail) might have provided for a good contrast to the dress.
