The Walmart Shareholders Meeting included a performance by the Black Eyed Peas (how fun!) but what caught our attention was the Fall 2009 Manish Arora dress on Fergie.

We already know that she is a big fan of the Peacocks. Is this the beginning of many more Arora sightings?

We know Fergie is a big Falguni and Shane Peacock fan but we always wondered whether she wore designs by the duo for the Black Eyed Pea concerts. Turns out she did and you can check it out in their latest video Don’t Stop The Party that mixes their concert footage with some personal ones.

Also spotted in FSP was Rihanna at a private performance in London for the engagement party of Petra Ecclestone and James Stunt. Thanks Nimi for bringing the Rihanna spotting to our attention. :)

Nikita actor Tiffany Hines becomes the latest to get hooked on the label but alas it is a dress we’ve seen before and not just once.

Question is, who do you think wears this Falguni and Shane Peacock dress best? Our vote still goes to Hofit.

We’ve got a few theories surrounding how Nicki came about to wear this Peacock dress. Considering Keyshia wore the dress first in the Ain’t Thru video, a video which Nicki was part of, we think Nicki either didn’t see the finished video or she really loved this dress on Keyshia. Or or or they both thought they could wear it much better than Fergie! :P

We’ve already seen Fergie in a Peacock dress before. Tonight, she was spotted in another. Too bad her stylists didn’t let her know that Hofit had worn the same dress just a few weeks ago.
