A Separate(s) Story

Pairing a Monse shirt with Proenza Schouler skirt, Katrina promoted her latest movie recently. Being Human jewelry and Paul Andrew sandals were her accessories of choice.

Considering how most of her appearances on this promo tour have been somewhat casual, this look sure made for an interesting change of pace. She looked nice, even if a tad Meh!

Meh because, even when the gently teased hair and soft dewy make-up works/pairs well (as is the case here) with her outfit of choice, it (the look) barely makes an impact. Having seen the combination paired with nearly every outfit choice up until now, the overall look (unfairly) seems uninspired.

Salman Khan, who is one of the good will ambassadors for Rio Olympics, has had quite a busy day.

He was spotted flying in and out of Mumbai wearing distressed jeans and sweat shirts. And for the Olympics press meet, he did a 180 and dressed up in a suit.

Which look of his do you prefer? The dressed up version or the dressed down one?

Doing Casual

Alia was spotted having a night out with friends doing casual in denims with a Being Human shirt and a lustworthy red-hot Lady Dior bag.

Now, if she’d had worn a more neutral shade of boots, we might have liked this off-duty look but between the bag, boots and the red lips, the look felt a rather haphazard.
