Twinkle went unconventional (in silhouette) by wearing an Anamika Khanna creation. She paired her outfit with a Kate Spade clutch and peeptoe pumps (both seen on her first at the CC2C Premiere in New York).

While sister Malaika went with a red Shantanu-Nikhil, bride Amrita wore a Vikram Phadnis lehenga to her sangeet. Hubby Shakeel wore an all-black sherwani. Perhaps, to complement his brother-in-law, Arbaaz, who went all-white! ;)

P.S. This was the official sangeet. The one before was hosted by Shakeel’s mom and was an unofficial sangeet to celebrate his mom’s birthday.

Malaika wore a deep red Shantanu-Nikhil lehenga at sis Amrita’s sangeet with husband Arbaaz wearing an all-white chikan suit.

If we didn’t know it was Amrita who was the one who got hitched, we would have almost believed that it was Malaika who was the bride! What do you think of her lehenga?
