It was an AM:PM dress for Kajol while at a recent event. Braided hair, glossy lips, a necklace and tan pumps finished out her look. She looked good.

In a maroon zip-detailed draped dress by Am:Pm, Aditi attended an all-girls screening of her movie. Am not a fan of the drape and don’t think many would look good in the dress but she pulls it off.

Wearing hot off the runway Am:Pm separates was Sameera Reddy at Amitabh Bachchan’s seventieth Birthday celebrations.
Now, you know I loved this collection. And I would’ve loved this appearance of Ms. Reddy’s too except, there were a couple of kinks. While I had no complaints with the top knot or the Choo (clutch), the jewelry didn’t quite go with rest of her look.
The bigger problem was of course the inappropriateness of the outfit given the event in question. Seeing as how everyone else was dressed, this stood out and not for the right reason. Had Sameera wanted to go the western route, wish she had picked a more formal look.

Am not sure what I want more, to see some of these looks worn off the runway or have them magically make their way in to my closet. Ankur & Priyanka Modi’s collection definitely stood out! Loved the graphic color palette and the use of print. Drawing inspiration from Mesoamérica, the use of iconography sure was well done.
