with a decorated neckline, i think not. What she needed was a different color dress.

Bad makeup .. some concealer and a brighter lipstick (maybe a pink) and Tabu would have looked so much better!

I am a huge fan and she usually looks good, but she could have at least washed her hair.
I really like her here. Yes, her makeup doesn’t look professionally done but she looks so fresh! And I disagree with the color. I think peach, orangish colors look great on Indian skin tone.
The make-up is all wrong. When a color washes you out it’s advisable to wear a contrasting necklace; maybe a kundan necklace with green stones would have elevated this look.
I dont understand bollywood fashion. At times, some of them pile up every piece of jewlery they own when they attend a wedding. At other times they show up lack luster like this . It is not as if she was going for a stark look going by the lehanga. It needed better makeup and some accessries.
I think its a function of whether its a paid gig or not… if they’re being paid or atleast “sponsored” by designers / jewellery sellers – they come like decked up christmas trees. If left to their own devices – they look lack-luster.
Just a theory
