Am not convinced the look called for both messy hair and a bold lip and wish she had gone either/or. As is, it was just a pinch over the top. That aside, it was a look she made work.

I like the dress and jacket color but something is not working in her makeup. She is giving a look like is is fully drunk. May be nude lipstick and clean hair ?
My thoughts exactly. If she had pulled back her hair, and had lighter glowy makeup, it would have been super fresh.
I do love the outfit and shows, though. Neck up is what lets her down.
