I thought the same too, OTT! Then I saw the other ladies at the event, all OTT and blinged out. Guess she is on the right track. But she does look lovely.
I may be in the minority here, but this just seems OTT to me. The heavy kurta, the heavier makeup, and the heaviest jewelry. I know Shilpa went the bling way too, but for some reason I thought her outfit fun, and this one fussy.
If she were fasting, it would be a struggle to manage the outfit and the puja thali. If she weren’t, the outfit feels rather elaborate to bother with.
