Sridevi and Pooja both attended the Filmfare Awards wearing black gowns from Kuwait based label, Ali Younes Couture. While I liked Sridevi in hers, Pooja looked a bit overwhelmed in her strapless one. Or perhaps, it’s the angle of this pic.
I have to admit I am bit surprised that instead of variety, we saw all of Ms. Ghavri’s clients in the same label. RememberMs. Fernandez?. A bit of variety is what we expected and can’t help it. She just has set such high expectations for us.

I really think these stylists aren’t trying hard enough to keep us interested. Like why are you guys sticking to the same old designers? On top of that most of Tanya’s clients got the same designer at Filmfare awards. I have nothing against Tanya and I quite like her work on Kareena but everyone else she styles seem to have the same look. I think that’s what happens when you style most of the actresses in Bollywood.
Who cares about variety when all these gowns are so beautiful and event appropriate.

Sridevi looks stunning and glam. I wish there were better pics so that we could see the details on the gown better. I am not liking the neckline on Pooja’s gown, but otherwise she looks great.
I don’t know whether its only me but I think something weird is happening with the bust line for Sridevi’s gown… whats with the uneven lining or is it the pic only??
Call me prudish, but the sheer top of the gown on Sridevi is not looking good
Sridevi ji looks glamorous and glorious. Despite the 2 plus decade of age difference between the two, Sridevi still looks stunning and a whole lot better in her gown than the “model” turned “actor” . lol.
To each his own. Pooja is much more fit and looks better to me.
