In Gauri and Nainika
While Arpita wore a gown from the designer duo’s Spring 2008 collection, Sridevi donned a Fall 2008 one-shouldered gown at the Stardust awards. Her red lips complement the red rose appliques on her gown perfectly and of course, I loved this one on her.

I think it looks very nice but it would have been good if we could see the bottom of it, i.e. how this version of the dress falls along her feet, whether it’s long enough etc.
Pffsht..it’s absurd how good she looks at this age! And that lime-green thing you guys posted recently was even better on her.
she looks cute… I actually like the longer version more than the shorther one… shorter one is kind of stumpy… and the pop of red on sri is just amazing
LOVE IT! I’m so glad that she’s trying something different rather than just wearing the same ol’ like her other film generation contemporaries.
i actually dont think the dress itself is anything great, but she looks lovely!
more often than not, i fail to see what the big deal is about g & n dresses! their print especially is nothing out of the ordinary or innovative!
Oh, she looks lovely. Not many ladies can successfully pull off the red lips look without coming off sort of lame looking. But she does it well.
The wearer makes the outfit beautiful. While I like the model’s version of the dress much better, Sri has chosen the correct one to bring out her best.
and I love her clutch, the minimal jewelry around neck and ears, the playing up the lips. Nice look!
Gorgeous, though I love love LOVE the runway version more!
Oh and by the way, my newbie may be showing, but do Gauri and Nainika not have a website? I see them popping up all over the place but there’s no one place I can go to to drool over their clothes :(
i dont like the dress either.. whats so great about it?? but sri.. she does look good.. and nice
WOW!!!
@ herdisnot – couldn’t agree more!
if it weren’t for her, that dress could have easily fallen flat on its face (if it had one), but she makes it look classy and stunning!
The accessories, the make-up, all done well.
Me likey…
Me big fan of Sri…
I think her age is showing a little bit (compared to her other recent pics) but she looks gorgeous.
She looks gorgeous! Her skin is glowing and she looks so fresh. In fact, she looks better than she did when she was at the top of the Bollywood pyramid.
did she stop time or something?
HOW does she look THIS good after all these years?
HOW HOW HOWWWWW
needless to say she looks a-m-a-z-i-ng
Sridevi looks gorgeous!! Megha – I do think she stopped time!
Wow, she is looking fab….red lippie, red nails fab
i know this fabric is really getting popular… my mum bought a saree in this exact same pattern in black 6 yrs ago!
gorgeous is the only word. bring her back today
WOW!
She looks nice for her age and she’s always been graceful, but I think the nose job looks odd now as she’s growing older.
i think she looks stunning! i don’t think she ever looked as good in western wear even in her heydays as an actress…
dont like the fact that she’s matched that red on the dress to her lips…the dress isnt anything to talk about but she scores because she tried
she is looking pretty but i hated those flower work…. i think the dress without the psatches wud have looked much better
If she’s held age at bay, it seems like it was a lot of work — multiple nose jobs, stretched out skin et al. Hema Malini seems to hold age at bay a lot more effortlessly – at least if its been as much work, the effort doesn’t show quite as much. That said, Sridevi does look pretty good although I prefer her in saris. The elegance of the sari suits her.
She is a trendsetter…the gown looks great bcoz its worn by one n only SRIDEVI……
