In Rohit Bal

While at a jewelry store as part of movie promotions, Sonam was photographed wearing Rohit Bal. With flowers in her hair, she finished out the look with a bindi, red lip and Suhani Pittie earrings. I wouldn’t change a thing; she looked lovely!

  1. Let me add what you would have written for a non-Sonam Kapoor celeb: We would’ve loved Ms. Kapoor’s look if not for the fact that she had sported the same caked on make up, unflattering lipstick color and severe hairdo several darn times before! Really – that lipstick color and hairstyle are doing her absolutely no favors – makes her face look harsher.

  2. Hopefully this is the last of PRDP and over the top appearances of SK on these pages for a while. Those panels on the top are just plain weird.

  3. As usual too much going on. Red and black and gold print with a white dress underneath …. too long at that . It just swamps her unnecessarily . The hair is severe and the make up too mature
Sonam has disappointed in these promotions. Yews we understand u r a princess in the film and fancy yourself as one off it but these dresses have been one OTT drama after the next . Everything has been too heavy too severe . I can pick out just a couple whicheck were passable from the whole thing . Cue – if we want to see u in that attire we will go see the film . Save the novelty for the big screen plz

  4. I maybe anti Sonam club here but I have to say it. For a Fashionista as she claims to be she needs to learn sth from Karishma. Simplicity sometimes works fine. She is over accessorized so there goes Coco chanel’s advice.

    • I hv a dusky skin tone and hv taken pictures under every kind of light, natural &/or flash…nope, never looked whitewashed! Cos my makeup matches my skin tone & is not 2-3 shades lighter. Just saying! ;-)

  5. This look would have been nice had the white portion of the skirt been “off-white” in colour. Would have added some warmth and softness to the attire.
The look is so dull. Courtesy the colour. She could have been gone for some brightness via lip and bindi. Looks VERY harsh as of now. Seriously, her overly made up face just puts me off now. Just like somebody said above.. can’t wait for the PRDP farce to get over.

  6. That look is nothing short of horrible. The top portion is so dark and the lower portion is too stark white. Overall too much volume. Looks like menswear over a white petticoat. The hair and makeup are fine for a traditional saree look but not this one. And why would one wear clothes like this on a day event and one which isn’t some grand evening event – a wedding or red carpet award ceremony or premiere.

  7. Over dressed for every possible event – check
Garish caked on make up – double check
    Painted eye brows – check
Tea pot pose – check check check check
PS: I know it doesn’t make a difference but I don’t want to buy / recommend loreal products looking at the make up standards on their brand ambassador.

  9. I am so done with these promotional appearances that I don’t feel like watching the movie at all

Why so many over the top appearances!!

If they put in all this effort into the movie maybe we could have better movies!

  10. I think I would have liked this look if it had been on someone else (i.e., Deepika) because the outfit itself is really interesting and out-of-the box. But on Sonam, I know it’s just another OTT outfit in a string of garish, voluminous, OTT outfits. I feel like she wears clothes just because they’re from expensive / exclusive designers and doesn’t actually have any sense of personal style. And that makeup and hair… SMH.
