In Viktor & Rolf

At Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie happening in Geneva, Sonam continued the pink theme to the evening gala event wearing a strapless Viktor & Rolf gown that instantly brought back memories of Spring 2010 collection.

A gown like that didn’t need much to stand out and adding anything would’ve been a disservice. So for that, I do applaud Ms. Kapoor for showing some restraint. Especially considering, of late, she’d been doing a whole lot of throwing multiple things together.

She looked good.

    • It was a gala dinner in Geneva, given that the gown is appropriate…….they were all dressed to perfection there. And P&P mostly always criticizes her when she misses it so I don’t think they are being overtly kind or sweet here. Having said that, while I do appreciate her going simple in terms of accessories and loving the gown,I don’t like her hairstyle here but well, it’s far better than her most recent outings and looks good on her.

      • This gown is princessy, and more appropriate for an enchanted meadow type of kiddie birthday party, a disney event, a day time event, or as a bridesmaid dress. A dinner gala in a european setting calls for a more age appropriate, black tie appropriate outfit. The woman she is standing with in the last picture, is better dressed.

    • Let them be, Sting Ray. I am sure they are also bored reading the same comments over and over again.

Remember, it takes all sorts to make the world.

  1. She looks good. Thank god she dint go all princessy with the hair with 50 braids all around and a tiara to top it off. Also berating p&p about their apparent sonam bias is getting soo passé. Let’s get over it pls.

  2. FInally some restraint with all the accessorizing. That itself makes this a winner look for me. But that one tier (?) is so jaggedly and unevenly cut – I wonder if that is intentional or accidental?
