We’ve seen the same gown feature in editorials of two different magazines. But, this year Tom Ford‘s purple floral gown made an appearance in Vogue India not once, but twice. First, on Nargis back in Aug and now in Nov on Sonam.

Sonam, without doubt
Basically the dress is ugly. In the first pic, we see all of its monstrosity. In th second pic we see less of it and more of Sonam’s pretty face and hair. That makes it the better picture.
nargis’s fotoshoot has a very interesting backdrop/location…and a long shot does justice to the edgy gown…so i really wanna like it…bt y the awkward pose????

Am pretty sure thats a pretty big editorial faux pas, specially as both were cover stories.
Yeah, this is really lazy editing. But then again, this is Vogue India. And they are both lazy shots anyway.
I’m sorry, but that dress is super-tacky. I like the color on Sonam though. Her hair and make-up are done well, and luckily we can barely see the dress! Sonam wins this round for me.
