In Ralph & Russo Couture
Recently appointed the brand ambassador for a luxury Swiss watch brand, Sonam attended a gala hosted by them in Geneva on Tuesday evening. An international event like this and it was either going to be an Anamika or Ralph and Russo look for her, and she chose the latter wearing a look from the designer duo’s Fall 2016 collection.
Now, the foliage print floor-length coat sure was pretty but I do think she could’ve done without it. Like her red carpet gala look here?
Would have been better without the coat and a different hairstyle
It’s VERY busy..but it works.
Only Sonam can pull off so much print and volume. And not just pull off, but actually look good in it. I wish she wore one of Sabyasachi’s opulent designs to these international events once in a while.
Love this and the makeup is very good.
She looks super stunning absolutely ravishing. So very worthy of an international launch look.
Would have been way better minus the coat.
Yes, yes yes, love it! totally international look.
Fab. Ten on Ten!
I know I probably won’t ever be able to afford it ever but that Alina Clutch by R&R is my ultimate no. 1 in wishlist for clutches. I like her makeup the most, could do without the coat but it works strangely for her.
I am glad she wore the coat – it’s winter after all!
She is perhaps one of the very few women who can effortlessly carry off this busy a look, and make it stunning while at it! Personally, I feel there’s way too much going on in there!
just for the makeup, its a win! not ashy, not caked!! hallelujah !!!
I love it…coat and all…and her face looks beautiful…its a winning look all the way!
The nicest she has ever looked !!
I’m not a big fan of how she is usually styled.
But this is super-classy !!
she is looking so perfect with that gown and i just love her makeup
Despite the fact that the makeup and hair is quite non fussy – I just think there is way too much going on here. I love the gown with the coat on the runway, but really wish Sonam had ditched the coat for the gala.
Ten on Ten!
Looking fab, Sonam! love the hair and makeup.
Am I the only one who is wondering how such a long n heavy looking coat is resting on shoulders with such an ease n not slipping off? I though loved the entire look, coat over gown but would have loved even more if Sonam would have worn it, rather then just casually throwing over shoulders.
Perfection from head to toe ! Cant take my eyes off her stunning face.
I just wonderrrr, what these celeb do with so expensive and so many clothes, where do they store as they never repeat their outfits, just like our one time wedding dresses. Does anyone has an answer, I am curious
They probably go back to the designer? I can’t imagine them hoarding all these outfits only to never wear them again.
They basically loan the outfits and later return them to the designer or label. Very few people end up buying every thing they wear on red carpet but sometimes they might keep one or two things. Part of the reason Sonam has so much variety when it comes designers because they promote their work through her and happily loan them to her.
The look is very busy but she manages to look good. I’m a little bothered with the ‘skin bra’ which is a little too visible because the gown is sheer. A matched version…would have been better.Hair and make-up is spot on.
Full marks to her in this fall foliage outfit. Most humans on the planet (myself included) would look like a soggy pile of just-raked leaves in this, but she looks fabulous!
that makeup is so wow
I did not notice the watch at all, which is not a good thing considering the event.
The makeup is good and that wins most of the battle for her. Usually the makeup is always so ashy. The gown and the coat works well on her. But I wish the skin color stickies could have been more tuned towards her skin tone, this looks too stark through the sheer.
