They aren’t but I guess what the commenter was trying to say was the outfit makes her look all those things when she ISN’T
What does it even mean to look “like an Aunty?”
““The neighborhood aunty” for Swara and “Aunty” for Sonam. Wow! Are those terms for someone old, shabby, or one who does not know how to carry herself and all of the aforementioned put together? The way I understand, kids and even grown-ups addressed neighbors and family friends as uncles and aunties out of respect. It is sad that those terms are no more a moniker of respect. In fact, they are carelessly used to deride other people in order to feel superior.

We still respect our “aunties” and we’re also familiar with the ‘annoying’ connotation of the word. I’m sure both can coexist as they have been so far

I think because of her height she’s able to pull thatlook up.. If it was my 5’2″(that 2 is critical) I would hasne ended up looking dowdy
Height is God given, I’m sure anyone can rock this easy breezy look. Sonam infact is just managing with the tired smile.
I am trying very hard to like it but there is too much fabric, I think is an fall/winter look at best. Her smile is so beautiful that it elevates the look.

In love with that neck piece. She does look nice here. It helps that she is smiling.
Neck up she looks really pretty, especially the hair and make-up, but, the maxi is all wrong. While I love the color and the print (or is it embroidery) on the fabric, I’m not sure how it can be rescued. Even the gorgeous jewelry is not helping either. She seems to be going through a ‘lazy’ phase.

I almost always like sonams looks. She clearly likes having fun when it comes to clothes and even though she does things to stand out, more often that note her looks are talk worthy in a good way! The girl knows her fashion and of course everything isn’t everyones cup of tea but I would still pick her over above all the others in Bollywood when it comes to sense and style.

Disagree – it’s freaking summer!! And her maxi just made it worse, even though I’m in an air conditioned room.
I love loose Ill-fitting clothes but this is too sloppy even for me!
Sonam and Rhea seem to have found a warehouse with an endless supply of fabric. They like to drown in yards and yards and yards of fabric and think it is fashion.
