In addition to wearing Louis Vuitton Resort 2009 outfits, Sonam also wears a purple Morphe by Amit Aggarwal gown which we are totally loving!
And we reallly really hope that she got to keep those LV Spicy Sandals because we’d love to see them on her in real! They have found quite a fan following already (see here on Red Carpet Fashion Awards) and we wouldn’t mind seeing it on some of our favorite fashionistas too! (Are you listening, Malaika!)

*le sigh!* im not a fan of the cover but the pics inside are gorgeous. sonam is a fashion designer’s dream! and you know what, she gets less credit for her acting – I think she’s fabulous in D6.

Love it.. I wonder if she just.. poses by herself or if like.. they tell her what to do somewhat. For example that shot of her on the bench.. I duno.. if it is all her then wow she’s an amazing model. I like the styling… but I think some stuff just screams “advertisement”.
Her hair is making me hate this shoot.. Like the clothes though!

PS. i really like the black dress with the heels and pink clutch because it shows her creativity and what a big difference a person can make as compared to frieda who went all back and wore regular peep toe heels.
Love this girl. Who ever photographed and styled her deserves a bonus for making her look even more gorgeous than she already is! And those heels are definitely high, but she looks insanely tall in the bike shot!
All I can say is I so want to be in Sonam Kapoor’s shoes, I am drooling all over these clothes+shoes+bags=yummy!!!

@Sharin: Photographs are never alll model or photographer or stylist. It’s always a team effort. A photgrapher is like a movie director- he figures out the angle and all and he can tell you what to do but you have to execute it- that is give the expression and pose and sometimes you can come up with your own thing. Same with the stylist. It’s always a team effort.
as always, she comes out tops and looks absolutely stunning…so effortlessly natural!! she has such a delicate face on such a taaaaall body…perfect for photo shoots!!
I don’t like the cover, but I like all the other shots. The last one with the printed clutch looks very retro.
Looking at these pics…I also realize that Sonam’s body language is very good…each and every photograph you can see how her body and facial expression almost make you feel the picture…it’s not just stand and look into/away the camera…like she is totally into it…it’s not limp or weak…it’s very pronounced…it’s very confident…they don’t look posed…they look very natural…as if she was just doing her thang and the photographer just clicked away! Not sure if I am making sense…LOL!
I love how natural she is in front of the camera. She makes every shot look effortless, and the clothes look fabulous. My favorite shot of her is her on the bike…love those long legs! :)
Love the Amit Aggarwal gown, and the bicycle shot looks very French. I love the white peep toes, and prefer it to the black.
Yeah, agree with you FPDP and in addition to that, she has ideas (regardless of how it fares with us) in what to do or how to put them together when she is given outfits, and not just sit there and go wow not having much idea. It could be the early exposer or her interest, but she has it compared to the celebs there. She has already surpassed to getting the basic right whilst the other celebs are figuring out to it get it right.

Yea .. I watch my fair share..actually who am I kidding.. I’m COMPLETELY OBSESSED with america’s next top model so I’m assuming most photoshoots are like the ones on top model but just the fact that each picture in this shoot above seems like a story, I’m sure their creative directors or whatever are more involved and probably tell Sonam the concept behind the shot.
or maybe they’re not like top model lol but I usually watch behind the scenes shoots a lot too.. hopefully ther will be one for this shot and I can watch it on youtube or something
