Not one to do anything by half measures, Sonam picked a volume heavy Fouad Sarkis gown for the awards night. Faux-bob, striking re lip and diamond jewelry complemented the look well.
It’s a lot but Ms. Kapoor made it work. She had us at the color!

No she didn’t. She’s wearing a curtain and Vivian Leigh did it decades ago and did it better. Her hair looks good and that’s it.

No one does old school glamour like Sonam. She looks amazing. It might not be the nicest gown but the overall effect makes you take a second look.
Love the rich colour and the styling, particularly the bob, is refreshing! A good showing for Sonam…feels like something different from the usual silhouettes.
There is more fabric on it than the carpet. But she fares better than most would
Her makeup is so off . I hate it when u can actually make out makeup difference between the face and the neck. Whoever die her makeup should take note next time .
The colour is really good. That gorgeous shade of green . But the gown don’t know gives me a rekha vibe of khoon bhari maang .her model phase in the movie.

It’s good just neck up! The outfit borders on clownish…n mtrl looks so bad. Such a long hiatus, cud have been so much better
Sonam looks obnoxious. That gown is bad . There’s difference between voluminous and just random yards of cloth sewn together
The faux bob really caught my attention, it looks fantastic. the whole look comes together well and credit goes to the deep forest green of the gown. Although excessive I love how sonam kapoor does a modern take on old school glamour.

The colour saves the dress but I love the sleeves. Sonams hair and make up looks striking though. Definately one of her better appearances

She looks great neck up. That lip color and the faux bob look really good. Also, love the color of her gown. But other than that nothing works. It looks like her gown is spouting yards of fabric from random places.
Too much of anything does not create drama. Hair is a great change but that gown….sigh
This just proves that Sonam can look good in anything, even in a curtain
