At Divya Dutta’s book ‘Me and Ma’ launch, Sonali was photographed in Chola. A pop of bright lip color and Saint Laurent sandals finished out the look. Chola‘s oversized/boxy aesthetic might not be for everyone but we like what we see! Sonali wears the separates well.

I first saw the pictures before reading the HCC comment – was expecting a WTHEYYY but I am surprised! Her eye make up is a disaster, the lipstick tone does nothing for her beautiful face or the look. The Chola top paired with black cigarette pants would have been ideal; the idea is to not overdo the shapeless silhouette look.
Hair and make up is all wrong, for an otherwise cool look.
A lose bun / braid and some jhumkis with dewey make up would’ve worked so much better.
One or the other, not both together.
The top looks nice, but the bottom, whatever it is, is a shapeless pillowcase.
How over designed is this garment? Ruffles, asymmetry, monochrome and boxy all together?!!
The jet black hair looks really harsh.
The top and the bottom together don’t work, even just the top is too busy. As someone else pointed out it’s an over designed mess.
What’s with her hair line, is it a wig?
