That’s a bizarre outfit. I think it’s also time to change things up with the hair and makeup. What works during a certain decade of our lives may not necessarily work today.
Eeks, that is definitely cringe-worthy. And not just the apparently hastily strapped-on toddler tutu, but also the 1980s nurse pants, dated makeup and flat hair all add nothing to the look.
