Wearing black, right down to their ankle boots, both Sonakshi and Huma attended a birthday do last night.
Wasn’t a big fan of Ms. Sinha’s look… Leather leggings in Mumbai’s current humidity? Yikes. But had a bigger issue with Huma’s outfit of choice. No matter how banging hot a bod you have, work-out clothes do not equal going-out-to-a-party clothes. Call it edgy, call it athliesure, I am just calling it WTHeyyy!

I actually like Huma’s look. I’m really into athleaisure and I find celebs like Rihanna, Kim Kardashian really display it well. It’s nice to be comfortable and one can always “dress up” athleisure as well with a lariat necklace, hoops, a bold lip, a large-faced watch. I know many people may not agree with me but I find athleisure to be quite attractive and find it makes quite a statement.
Totally agree on athleisure + Rihanna and Kim K looks but….. THIS AINT THAT!

I don’t like Huma’s style over here but just saying workout clothes very much in right now. Be it for casual do or party and I feel it is a great statement in making that comfort comes first!!
Didn’t like either of the looks.
But I am surprised how easy it is to spell out yikes and wtheyy for these two girls where as when deepika wear leather pants at airport or anyone else wear athliesure to formal event or parties. The question is either tossed to the readers ‘what’s you opinion’ or you do not share your opinion.
I love this page and you gals too much to be nitpicking about what you should be doing or what you shouldn’t. But I felt like sharing this.
Although Deepika’s leather pants were tacky as well, she kept the rest of the look subdued.

@Puja: Agreed.There is definitely bias/double standards here on HHC. Deepika gets a pass from the readers for things that others invariably get criticized for. Take the example below where Kangana too got called out for leather pants but DP got a pass, from P&P as well readers:

Add to that all those times when Deepika shows up to the airport in trench coats, sweaters and boots but no one bats an eyelid about weather appropriateness and all that shizzle that others get trolled for.

Unfortunately its less fashion-related but one could chalk this up to over-zealous fans/PR as well; and the only other person to rival DP for that now is Jahnavi Kapoor.
Unfortunately Kangana’s look so curated and forced. DP looks effortless. Again its one persons opinion, and not a fan or hater of either.
So we bring WTHeyyy back when Huma decides to do something different and not when Sonam ‘experiments’?! Oh yea, I forgot.. Sorry!!!

It’s actually reasonably cool in Mumbai now, do-able weather for leggings. Responses to weather are relative, we don’t experience harsh winters, our ‘chill’ times are the monsoons and the year end.
Sonakshi looks obscene -almost has a camel toe – tight on tight hardly ever works- too wannabe kim kardashian
Huma on the other hand should just give up ‘nuff said
Obscene?? Tight pants make a woman obscene? And if she did have a camel toe outlining the anatomical features that all women have, so what? This ridiculous morality policing based on what a woman choses to wear really has to stop. And it’s especially sad when it’s from one woman to another.
I don’t think this post should have passed HHC’s ‘awaiting moderation’.
Leather pants r fine even in this humidity coz celeb aren’t going to dance or party on the street !!! There’s AC party going on for them P&P but yes choice of clothing is bad that I do agree
