Wearing an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla sari, Shweta was among the very few to don Indianwear at HT Awards. A matching, beaded evening bag and some serious bling rounded out the look. While we applaud her choice to wear a sari, can’t say we were the biggest fans of the look itself. Perhaps a less rigid, non-pleated pallu would’ve helped soften up the look some.

I don’t like the stark constrast of black blouse against the saree..! Also the cluch seem to be lost in the same colour.
Not quite for me.
The blouse is all sorts of wrong, color & style. The saree drape, too severe and worn too high as well. As for Sweta’s make-up, it’s terrible. Those earrings are drool-worthy but out of place.
Her outfit is nice, but she can not pull off this hair color. It doesn’t go well with her skin tone; in fact, she looks washed out. Dark tresses work for her.
That blouse just doesnt go with the saree. And the one-boob-show doesnt go with the pleated pallu.
LOL. You forgot to add that the earrings don’t go with the look. The chappals & that bag should not be ever seen on anyone else. :P

A little ironic that all these celebs are dressed at their most unstylish during an event about the “most stylish”.

The saree itself isn’t bad but worn too high . Blouse looks more like a shirt and the bag does nothing for the look.

Why do these celebrities dress like this to go to an event called “Most Stylish ?”
Nothing in this outfit is done right and looks mismatched. I have noticed that on the rare occasion she wears a sari it is either tied to high or has a sloppy drape. There must be someone one around who could help her drape the sari properly.
Nobody from this family should be at this particular awards show. How come Pa didn’t show up in a glittery colourful Abujani Sandeep? Has Ma been cropped off?
