Ill fitting dress. Ugly VB-isque shoes. And that ring looks like the colorful band-aids I used to wear when I was a tween on my finger even for the tiniest of cuts. :P

It is a bohemian dress in a beautiful color. It is meant to be a little relaxed in fit. Unfortunately, the shoes are inappropriate. Most times, bad shoes kills a potentially nice look :(.
