Never mind that the whole look has a severe behenji vibe that we would have roundly criticized on anyone else, we will still support her because she is not Vidya.
Haha….I never accepted Vidya as an actress nor ever found her a good dresser. Considering wearing saris as her speciality, she never turned out well dressed. Amala Akkineni, Nandita Das, Sanjana Kapoor, Brinda Karat and Priyanka Gandhi are a few of our celebs who are always seen in handloom saris and salwars. They look so beautiful and well dressed. They always dress elegantly, classily and gracefully. And Amala Akkineni is my style icon, I find her very stylish. Vidy@ f@ns can ignore my comment.

That’s the thing about Vidya.. she is all ‘I can do anything in a sari..etc etc..’ , she I have never found her sari appearances to be vow or graceful even..

Great response, Sapphire. Just because Vidya B wear sarees all the time, does not make her looks graceful. She always turns out untidy. And her acting, lets not even go there.

yes, the nude pumps are off putting. Too much fabric and too heavy a dress for the season. The cheery fabric would have been better suited as a shift dress or a mini skirt.
A statement necklace, strappy sandals and some life would have made this look perfect!

This is too much yellow all over. Getting rid of the sleeves and a shorter length on the dress/kurta would have made it better.
