For her appearance at a recent Awards event, Shilpa picked an Amit GT gown to wear. Dark lip color and gold-tone accessories (that included a Cavalli clutch) finished out the actor’s look.
Not a fan of the earrings or the clutch. But it was the gown we had a bigger issue with. Had it been a simple column gown with just the bow accent at the waist, it would’ve been a whole lot more striking. The detail at the hip ruined it for us, and it’s not the first time either.

I LOVED this gown!! The second I saw it thought it looked fab on her and she has the body type to pull off the hip detail. She looked stunning and the dress is gorgeous!!
Don’t like those waist details, but Shilpa looks gorgeous. She looks a bit like Maggie Gyllenhaal here.

I am in love with this gown infact the hip detail makes it even more interesting!! the detail on the hips does not make her look broader at all, it infact accentuates her statuesque figure!! P&P this time you seemed to be wrong as you can see from the comments as well

I wish she had taken a more modern approach to hair and make up. The retro’ish look takes away from the gown. She does still manage to look fabulous!
