I think Bhavna Pandey’s dress should have been 2 inches longer. It looks very short..plus she should have worn a gladiator-style flat sandals in beige color instead of the heeled ones she is wearing.
About Simran’s dress – I think its pretty – refreshing different and she carries it well. She makes it work.
I thinks Simran looks better and fresh..

like bhavana’s dress, very bohemian/hippy – only grudge shoes not matching the style. simran looks nice and carries off the not-so-great dress very well
BTW – why do all these miss worlds/universes/indias have the same kind of smile, see one smile/teeth and all others have the same kind, me thinks teeth/lips/mouth jobs??????
I think Simran’s outfit is ten times better and she looks ten times better in it than Bhavna does in hers. Shapeless clothes suck.

I like Simran’s as well.. its cute and yes “cheerful” is the word.
I hate when people said Simran “failed”. She was an amazing candidate and was robbed just like many other deserving candidates. There was something “sketchy” at this years pageant. Go SIM!
