Looks like Anam loved big sis’ lehenga so much, she got an anarkali version for herself too. Thanks to ‘Sara’ for the spotting.
P.S. Although it seems like it’s the lehenga that Anam is wearing, if you look closely, on Anam’s suit the design begins right below the empire waist and there isn’t any of the vertical stripes that were on Sania’s.

It has to be the same lehenga. The design begins right under the empire waist on Anam because it was probably altered for her size/height.

agree. poor teen, to be spotted in sisters hand me downs in public this way. will probably hurt her psyche for ever!!
Never liked the lehenga with weird bust/choli fitting and unflattering color combo. dont dig the suit/lehenga now.

agreed it has to be the same lehenga made into anarkali.. it is anarkali for sure..I saw it in a video..
it’s the same payal. see where anam bangles are, right above that you can see the empire waist and the same embroidery. also the piping on the sleeves is the same….too many similarities.
They’ve restyled Sania’s lehenga to fit Anam, and done away with the ‘vertical stripes’ bit completely!OMG, this is just too hilarious!

a good lehenga (without a designer name) doesnt cost too much anyway..
why did she agree to wear her sister’s broken engagement outfit? she could have gotten prettier n cheaper outfit at banjara hills or abids or even king koti – areas in hyderabad.

so she wore her sister’s legenga at another function. its a bit unusual to do that, but she’s just a kid, not some socialite/celeb/bollywood actress. why pick on this little kid on a fashion blog?

Wouldn’t the designers themselves have considered it negative personality to churn out the same thing over and over again? Poor anam probably had no idea of the kind of X rays eyes people around HHC have :)
Big deal, like we all havn’t passed down unwanted outfits to our younger sisters in the past. Its not exactly like shes going to want to wear it again so what better way to recycle?!

Always wondered how the small time starlets,models featured on HHC can afford their designer togs,bags etc.
I guess Sania hasn’t made obscene amounts of money through tennis.Which is why a lot of the jewelry – maang tikka etc has been repeated.
