Dipannita looks SUPERB!!!!
Absolutely nothing is new and some outfits are downright dowdy like the one Noyonika is donning. Disappointing (but then I hv never found Kumar very innovative)
i sure do see some inventive stuff…its not the usual boring kind…but hate the faded colors… does nothing for the indian skin tone…
wow i was recommended to this site by my friends deewani above and love it already. i’m getting married to an indian guy pretty soon and to see these saris is a huge high… keep it comming :)
Expected from Ritu Kumar. I like Priyanka’s look here. Reminds me of Meena Kumari.

Dat last second dress is like 12years old,It was worn by Sandhya Chib at Miss India 1997,when she came to handover the crown………Not very impressive Rituji……Priyanka and Parvathy looks good though….

OMGGG!! I just drooled all over the cusp of my mouth… lol! The collection looks amazing, and I’m so happy to see some of the “yesteryear” models (read: the girls who don’t model that much now). Priyanka looks sooooo good… love this look on her, and her long hair are a welcome change! And dippanita is another beautiful woman! She shouldve been Mrs Abhishek Bachchan. :P

i dont knw why.. i knw ive seen this outfit like a million times before but i love Dipannita’s look! absolutely stunning! i like the concept of a long sleeves blouse.. somehow very elegant!

the stuff is supposed to look a little old, it was a retrospective anyway. but PP, how come you dont give ur comments anymore? its just not the same without it. Also what did u think of the trench coats and the bags?? plz tell us and put in some of those pics as well!! they were lovely
Dipanita, Noyna, Tapur, Priyanka, and Neha stand out, as do Shamita. To the person who commented about the outfit being worn by Sandhya Chib, you are right, but this is what Ritu does, all her shows showcases her clothes as being timeless, classics, influenced by the ancient and dying art of embroidery, she does not sell them but they go into muesuems all over the world. Her Devi Mandala collection has been worn for 20 years. She makes all of us want to raid our Granny’s saree wardrobe….beautiful clothes.
I like the sari with a coat idea..its different and if worn by the right person would look wonderfull!!
she has been doing the Saree with a coat and matching shawl all with jamevar kind of embroidery…stunning
Priyanka looks stunning!! I am girl and I still can’t take my eyes of her, what effect she would have on guys with the beautiful ethic look I cannot even imagine (I have to forgive the ‘midriff’ show since her body looks so well toned)…
