Such a festive color!
Such a lovely sari but such a sloppy drape! And with that Sabyasachi high necked blouse and styling that seems to have infected 90% of the glamor world today. Rakul looks graceful nevertheless but this could have been outstanding.
i like that she kept the jewelry in similar neutral shades and didn’t try and do rubies or emeralds. mogra was a nice touch too.
Is it a new trend to have ill fitting blouses; loose at the elbow and throw in a few creases too while at it.

Yeah I hate such blouses too. I don’t like Raw Mango, Payal Khandwala type saris, outfits…. they try hard to be different from traditional Indian clothing, to make it look like designer stuff. Though Anavila saris seem okay, their blouses fall on weird side. I like proper traditional Indian clothing without twists (to make it look like designer stuff). Gaurang Shah, Shailesh Singhania, Swati Sunaina and many other designers from Hyderabad don’t add wacky twists/designer elements to traditional Indian clothing. They don’t ruin the original structure and appeal of traditional Indian clothing.
Such a lust worthy Sari
Rakul can take the most beautiful saree to a tacky and try hard level. The makeup, the flower, her posing … just ruined the whole thing
