This is NOT pleated – this is her signature cord technique, which she has been doing for very long. She is one of the very few true innovators of this generation.

Totally agree. I think a nice slightly wide cream palazzo pant leg would have done her a world of difference. It’s great right now but it would have been stellar with a small change. The black is too harsh.
