Day two of IIFA Utsavam saw Pragya in a black gown by Payal Jain with jewellery from Gehna. In theory, she got everything right, the updo, the red lip, the subtle jewellery but somehow I still found the look very meh and I blame the gown. It was just really lackluster to begin with.
Ms. Jaiswal has done way better.

The proportion is already off, to top that her hand position makes it worse.
Any higher, and those hands would be a push-up bra.

Also, I blame the pose for the “meh-ness”
pretty lady in black. I love the overall look especially the earring from Gehna , they are amazing !
