You may have heard, Dharmendra and Hema Malini’s daughter, Ahana Deol (wearing Sabyasachi) recently got engaged to Vaibhav Vora in a private ceremony.
Our best to the couple.
Aside from the bride-to-be, mom and older sister in their festive best caught our eye at the ceremony as well.

I love Hemas saree colour, Esha’s hair & make up & the maang sindhoor. The groom is pretty handsome. All the best to the couple.
Not much to say about clothes here, but , couldn’t help noticing the smile graph of the ladies in the last pic……. A wide , infectious smile on the bride to-be ; a cautious smile on the one year old married sister and a cynical smile on a woman married for many years.

i love tat they kept it a simple affair wit no jazzy, over the top clothes… ahana seems to be very attached to her dad.
Marriage has done wonders to Esha, she looks good. I love how simple and down-to-earth Ahana looked on her engagement.

Hemaji is looking beautiful. I like that everyone’s outfits are not blingy. The couple look really cute together.
They say all the money in the world cannot buy one good taste. The daughters of Hema Malini are a case in point. Atrocious net outfits with ghastly embroideries. Also, what’s with the make-up? Yuck, yuck, yuck. Congratulations, Ahana. But this is a fashion blog, and I cannot just leave it at best wishes for your new life.
Esha’s sari looks cheap and ugly. Ahana’s isn’t terribly bad but it’s also very cheap looking… Including her jewelry. Even a simple silk sari would look better than these outfits. Major fashion disappointment

Ahana is looking simple and comfortable, she’s enjoying the occasion with family. In the group picture, on the left side wall, there’s a framed photograph of Hema malini and her 2 daughters( looks like) in dance pose – cute!

Ok Many people have commented on the ladies clothes… I too was a little stunned. But what I feel is that, these ladies are classical dancers. they wear the heavy silks for stage performances. Im sure they wan to look real here and so have chosen lighter clothes. MY thoughts!
And yes… Although this is a fashion blog, please be more considerate while commenting on such occasions.
