Nora picked a gown by Joao Rolo to wear to a recent awards event. And metallic ankle-strap sandals rounded out her look. Not one of her better outings; the dress looked dated and make-up seemed off too. This was a miss.

These weird hanging sleeves remind me of Zhang Ziyi in House of Flying Daggers where she was playing drums with them, wielding swords with them and basically, putting them to some use. I guess the purpose here is to lash out at the photogs on the red carpet with these sleeves.
