At promotions of her upcoming series that she stars in, Nimrat was seen in a silk wrap dress from AppaPop paired with hoops and clear sandals. Sure she looked nice, but I cannot ignore the fact what a blatant ripoff of a Zimmermann dress this is.

Not sure how they seem to be getting away with it but Appapop seems to be ripping off from a lot of International brands. I haven’t seen Taapsee’s recent look on this site but she wore an outfit that was an exact replica from Monse’s resort 2018 collection.
Amrita Arora also wore a red number which was a copy of dress from Julien Macdonald’s Fall 2017 collection. Most of their Instagram images are pictures from other designers collections. Not sure why stylists continue to give them the spotlight when they ripoff high fashion brands.
Nimrat looks lovely.
If you rip off so blatantly, you can at least change the colour or something, non?
Or would they just give the picture of another designer to their workshop?
I wonder.
My two cents on fashion..Authentic fake is always better than a fake authentic! hate to see knockoffs like these… Appapop is a frequent offender.
Design is already someone else’s but they can’t even get the execution right? Such a poorly made dress
