Wearing a Carousel by Simran Arya jumpsuit, Nargis promoted her movie on the sets of a television show not too long ago. With her hair in a low knot, the actor finished out the look with a pair of lace-up flats. Nice as she looked ankle-up, the choice of shoe let her down. Given the jumpsuit and its length, the flats didn’t quite work.

Yeah I agree – flats don’t go with this look. This outfit needs a nice pair of heels. But I think she’s wearing flats because she’s so tall and is towering over Emraan Hashmi even in her flats.

I love flats and frankly, with her height, she carries the look off quite well. Why must women wear uncomfortable shoes to conform? (You need to read some of the coverage in the British Media about a woman forced to wear heels). I love fashion (which is why I am on this site a lot) but somewhere we need to allow for comfort to go hand in hand with style. There are different ways to being a “fashionista”

Heels are uncomfortable if you have to walk a lot and causes pain as well.
She looks so good in that jumpsuit and looks like she is having fun. Ah well, its a known thing that most of the Btown men are short and the ladies have to go in flats. Sigh!
