I quite like the top and the styling barring that busy clutch.
This yellow + dark blue denim is a classic combination; I do it all the time too! I really like the top & the entire look as is. Also, because I absolutely love ponytails, I do feel a classic ponytail with this look would have fared better. Having said that, this look is very refreshing!
If she had just carried a plain nude/beige bottega clutch, this look would have been a winner. Sigh!

That clutch is making the look tacky. But this is the best (compared to the earlier tackfest) she has looked so far.
I think Mugdha looks great.I am bit on the fence about the colour combination though. Would love to get something like that top made and wear it with my denims.
