Bag Spottin’

Comment image 33

A little known fact (or not, depending on how long you’ve been with this blog) is that Payal and I are complete bag hags… And this Ferragamo satchel has been on our radar majorly. Seeing this bag now on Aisha‘s leading ladies has us craving it more!

(You can get your hands on the satchel Here.)

As more stills surface online, we’ll be doing more Aisha posts, so there, that was your disclaimer! :p

P.S: If the Hervé Léger dress on Lisa looks familiar, that’s because we’ve seen it on Rhea Kapoor before.

  1. WTF???!!:O $1650 for a bag which basically serves the same purpose as any other bag?? thats like tuition fees for 2 full yr courses at uni :| this is BAD..real bad!

    err, sorry..continue with the “ooh’s” n “aah’s” :)

      • haha..yes and there is a market for this bag. People are ready to spend that much on a bag ;-).

I like the bag Lisa is holding in the pic. She looks more at ease with the whole leg. Sonam is trying too hard and it shows.

    • Same reaction 1,650.00 for a bag ????
Why are these bags so costly (ofcourse other than they are designer bags) ?
Sonam always seems to wear on & off-screen very costly designer stuff.

I will buy these bags may be in my dreams…..

  2. Lisa is gorgeous. What beautiful long legs!!

Am not a fan of this series of leger anymore. love sonam’s pants, ive been dien to get my hands on one like this

  3. think u should make a separate section on this blog for sonam kapoor only…wow!! i just love each n every look of hers.atleast in terms of style she is definitely a tough competition for the rest of the bollywood!!

  4. would u be surprised if ms rhea used her own dress in the movie,,,she is the producer after al…lolzz definately sonam carries her looks very well…but when so many resources are @ the tips of ur fingers,,i don’t see why many other actress don’t use them wiselyl…sad story of lovely bollywood..:(

  5. So this movie is about South Delhi women. Just go to DLF mall you will see women dressed up like this (in fact I met the cast of Aisha there). It is very inspiring!!

    • lol!! dont worry the budget wont be sky high, seems like clothes is all the Kharcha these ppl had, going by the stills, which isnt too different from sonam’s regular outfits! me thinks, is this a mere extension of their own lives, dressed in jane austen/clueless?? cuz i havent seen or read anything about the movie or its story and blah, al i see and hear and read about is ‘ooooh this outfit and that bag and those shoes’! i wish they wud have given thoda more spotlight to the talented director and writer as well!!

      • @Devika: there’s an interview with the writer up on this blog called Indiequill. The best part seems to be that this is a movie by, for and composed largely of women. At least for that it’s a must-watch, don’t you agree?!

      • I believe Anil Kapoor once said that the girls finished the movie, on time, on schedule, on budget as well!!! If you look closely, the movie is shot in Delhi, Mumbai and Hrishikesh! So no foreign exotic locales for them. Savings $$$. No price-tag heavy star cast. Savings $$$. No famous hot shot director/music director/etc. Savings $$$. Publicity is mostly through Internet Media at the moment.

I think it’s okay to splurge on fashion when you have been mindful on everything else. (In fact, this might just become a trend.)

  6. Sofia is on sale at the Ferragamo store in Bangalore and I am sure it is on sale in other outlets as well!! Come on ladies, get out your wallets :)

  7. P&P – you really have to ID this pant! Maybe if you write to Sonam or Rhea on twitter they might respond? I tried with no luck :-( Or atleast trousers similar to this – I so much want it.

  8. Anyone know who the desginer for this movie is ?
I am loving the look of the movie ( although I must confess I am only gonna go watch it for the clothes, Abhay Deol and that other shirtless hunk :p

  9. P&P, could you ID those pants? Couldn’t find anything like these at Zara Mumbai (as a commentator mentioned). They are fierce!!
Sonam has a great stylist and this look is so complete and well, European! Love the color scheme, the white and the powder blue and the movement of the pants! I want :(
    Do id…..
