In Twos- Part Deux
While at the premiere, Monica picked a draped dress from Bungalow 8 and for the DJ Awards at Blue Frog, a printed skirt and cropped top. Both times, she looked good. Only she could’ve pulled off that look on the right… On anyone else, it was sure to be cringe-worthy!

The first one should be worn on a beach, and the second should be worn at home …
So true! Don’t like the drape dress at all. The skirt and top is a little more tolerable on her though. Still, she can do much better
Ummm, it’s REALLY cringe worthy on her too.
That is not a cropped top. that is not a top, period.
exactly!! its a blouse
hideous . yes, both of ’em. its a shame cuz she had such a cool, easy ..indie chick vibe goin on.
The crop to n skirt looks great n her.
Midriffs are the new bare backs, and does she work the look!
The footwear is cringe worthy…in both the cases!
I love both. No other actresses have style. Also, movie premiers are not meant for gowns. She looks easy and chic.
easy,maybe .chic, not so much
I like the second outfit. If paunchy behenjis can show off their mid riffs through saris, she sure can show off her midriff in this sexy cropped top. ;-) I wish she didn’t wear those closed pumps though.
Not working! :/
Bra with sleeves equals top? Who knew :P
I love this lady! I love her style. Its just her who cal pull such outfits off. she looks fantastic!
ifyou mean ‘fantastic’ as in bizarre i agree. otherwise she just looks sloppy and ungroomed.
Me too. I really like her. She is so different and gorgeous in her own way. And even though her style is poles apart from my own (very modest) sensibility, I think she pulls it off. I mean she is a musician for crying out loud, let her experiment!
+1
gorgeous
looks shabby, not the boho chic i assume she’s going for.
I can see your point, re:pic on right; because that was my first thought…only she could pull it off. But on the whole it’s actually tacky. The dress on left pic is regarded as “resort wear”.
yukk. tacky.
