It’s hot in jersey, so I think it’s safe to say it’s def hot in India, so the question is: why did she cover herself in that hideous, sweat inducing, printed/velvet- cut out material?!
When the dress is abstract, you should not wear complicated looking heels! It’s a simple rule: intrigue with EITHER accessories, clothing, hair, or heels.

How the heck is it hot in Jersey and so cold in Rhode Island?? Some summer this is! Anyway yeah horrendous outfit and even the lanvinesque thing looks more like a dupatta draped like a dress, nothing more.
