While on the sets of a reality show that she judges, Malaika was photographed in an embellished, semi-lined gown by a Lebanese label, Basil Soda. Wearing her hair down, she rounded out the look with diamond earrings.
Though Malaika wears it well, not the biggest fan of that dress. The color does absolutely nothing for her either!

Sorry but what’s that design running between her crotch?
I have seen her wearing this style of gown/dress/rag since Nach Baliye season 1 and that was back in 2005. If she is trying to stop time, at least the sense of style can evolve. That’s Yami Gautam next to her in the second pic and she looks young and vivacious. This look is so dated.
The dress is embarrassing from every perspective. The net fabric, the sequinned “design” on her midriff, the visible inner wear. Jewelry and accessories don’t even matter, and no, her toned body is not saving her either. May I petition for a communal WTHey ? ! :-)
A gown with illusion of hair around the crotch area can NEVER be a good design… this is seriously WTHey… what made her choose this over a million other possibilities is beyond me
I for somewhat reason always feel suffocating with all her looks.
