After the sari, it was an Andrew GN gown for Madhuri while on set. Wavy hair, red lip and diamond jewelry finished out the actor’s look. The cuff felt excessive but that’s a minor gripe; the gown worked well for her!

Like whisper with wings this is bust with wings. Lol. Its all black & it should work but somehow on her anything translates to the 90’s tackiness and wings are just the bonus.
She is gorgeous and has a rocking figure but is not selling this outfit.
Gown is nt bad bt sumhow nt suiting her! She shud stick to Indian wear minus bling!
+ 1. I have said the same. Somehow everything translates tacky when it comes to her. Western doesnt suit her. Indian too she is always in dhinchak clothes.

Lol. Thats because they want to make themselves appear thinner by doing 1) akimbo pose 2) hold the breath (also some do it like “i smell fart”) . But unfortunately it doesnt work that way, peeps can see. :P

An ill-fitting gown and does nothing for her unfortunately.
Why she has to follow what the younger actresses do? That pose…she looks so uncomfortable. The day she adds her own grace and personality to her outfits, she would score it. Till then she would keep looking just plain AWKWARD, no matter how many labels she keeps wearing or kilos she keeps shedding.

I don’t agree that Madhuri should just stick to Indian wear!Just because she is an older actress shouldn’t mean she has to stick to a certain type of fashion. Agree there that whatever she wears might not always be her best but that shouldn’t stop her from trying something new styles. And I think she’s been styled better recently :)
Madhuri is rare in BW .Immensely talented and one of a kind dancer .
I don’t want her to chase such trivial thing as Fashion.She is above that. Her talent surpasses anything this minute.
Having said that I like this look of hers.
She can do no wrong in my eyes. And what she wears doesn’t matter to me.
I wish I was as talented as her.

Fashion ,for me ,in BW especially is a Facade and showing off by wearing designer .
I have seen bloggers wear clothes from Walmart and Target make it work like no one’s business .Now that is fashion.

Agree totally. Madhuri is a highly talented actress and a Kathak dancer. You can’t measure her with a trivial thing like fashion.
Bollywood is not recognizing talent anymore. That is why we have Sunny Leones and all.
