In Rimple And Harpreet Narula
For her appearance at the Ambani-Piramal wedding in Mumbai, Lara picked a lehenga by Rimple and Harpreet Narula to wear. With flowers in her hair, she rounded out the look with jewelry from Gehna.
If it’s not the clothes, it’s the styling that seems to let Lara down lately, the latter being the case with this appearance. I don’t understand the choice of flowers (baby’s breath? Why?)! A wispy low-knot or even wearing her hair down in soft waves, with not a flower in sight would’ve worked so much better!

Nothing wrong with baby’s breath flowers in the hair. Why the outrage?
Somehow Lara’s last few appearances have done no justice to her – is it a case of wrong stylist perhaps? Didn’t like the styling, nor the transparent dupatta.
Priyanka, it’s good to read your comments – please do continue to critique looks because it’s not the photos but you and Payal who make us come back here every day!
I didn’t get the flowers either. High school prom vibe
I like them tbh. Looks cute.
Well considering the decorations and the decked up guests, I am sure there was a shortage of flowers in mumbai. Poor lara had to make do with whatever was available.
“For her appearance….” Lol ? spot on !
The flowers do look silly. And it’s a fussy looking outfit that does her no favours.
lara is such a beautiful lady but seems to be stuck in her glory days as a beauty queen. her styling always seems to have some element of a throwback, making her look dated and sadly, a bit dull. nothing wrong with flowers here for example but it almost feels like what our aunties used to do back in the 90s.
im confused …was this the wedding or reception or what???
Rimple and Harpreet clothes are usually very different.. didn’t quite like this one on her.. she looks wayyyyy dated…!!! I wonder if with stylists they look like this, what would have been the case without them??
I love flowers in my hair when I dress up for weddings. Are they not acceptable anymore?!
