In Lola By Suman B

At the big Mumbai premiere, Kriti was photographed in a Lola by Suman B jumpsuit. Jewelry aside, the actor finished out the look with metallic sandals from Dune. While the look may not be much to write home about, Ms. Sanon did look nice; love the jewel-tone on her.

  1. Whats going on HHC? You not only did not moderate my comment, you also deleted the comment it was in response too. Worrying moral policing. Never mind, will just post it on Twitter I suppose

    • If you read our policy, we unapprove every comment in a thread if we don’t like the direction it is going. The original one and any follow-up. Nothing new about it.

      • I’ve been following your blog since 2008 and this is the first time I’ve seen a threat going in this “direction” that has been unapproved. As a journalist, I find it disturbing that you stifle voices and curb freedom of expression when the comments were not offensive, not viscious & not inflammatory. They just reflected a difference of opinion. I’ve seen several such threads in the past. I know its your blog & you reserve the right to filter content, but then so does a newspaper owner/editor, which means nobody should expect the media to cover issues fairly and put out everything either. You run a blog that is public, you cant be so not transparent in your functioning. There’s a ques of ethics & responsibility towards your readers. Even the Constitution curbs freedom of speech through reasonable restrictions only. You have pretty unreasonable ones, really.

        • We are good with difference of opinions, just not body shaming. And that’s what this thread started to evolve in to. Hence, the comments were unapproved/moderated.

Our rules of moderation are actually pretty clear.

          Thanks!

          • Priyanka, pls do not mislead your readers. The original comment was a case of body shaming, which I condemned in my comment. If you allowed the earlier comment (which you obv did since I read it), why did you not approve mine which spoke out against such body shaming? Its strange, dont you think? And how, do explain, was the thread evolving into body shaming when my comment actually tried to object to a comment approved by YOU which indulged in that? You’re misleading your readers right now and misrepresenting my position since they dont have access to the thread in ques. I’d urge you to not be dishonest. Thanks

        • Observer,
It’s nothing new. The so-called-rule about body shaming is quite subjective. I have seen body shaming comments get approved on many posts. Heck, they exist even now. There are favorites and biases. If the comment is pertaining to someone “close”, it will never get approved regardless of whether it has any body shaming or not. Even a comment like “meh” gets moderated and not approved. If it is for others, the comments get approved and are always visible even with body shaming. Freedom of speech for the moderators only. They have to keep their relations intact in real life also. This comment might not get approved as such.
