In Free People
Kriti’s interpretation of the ‘gold’ theme at Manish’s 50th birthday bash was a velvet Free People dress worn with thigh-high Steve Madden boots and and jewellery from Aquamarine.
Some of you may find this look a bit too casual but I quite liked it. It felt glamorous in a grungy sort of way.

No…no…no…no…
Why Kriti!?!?
velvet really.. this is wrong in every way :(
Glamorous, really? Its velvet and not in a flattering way. Gorgeous girl but this is doing nothing for her!
Love the look and the pairing of the boots
she looks super chic!!!
such a hideous dress and she is looking really bad
Haha I actually kind of like this!
May be the velvet is a bit much, but I fear another fabric would’ve looked a little dressing gown-ey.
The overall vibe is fittingly party-ish although based on what some other guests were wearing it doesn’t seem like *that* kind of a party. She looks good though.
This is a horrible look
Such a beautiful girl and such bad choices. Doesn’t she have a stylist?
Halloween costume LOL :-)
I kind of like it – but that color is all kinds of wrong with that fabric. If it was a deep forest green or a burgundy color it would look great. I am glad she is stepping out of her comfort zone and trying different looks.
I’m loving this look on her. The styling is just as it should be- the wavy hair, the knee-highs, the dark nails, the smoky eyes. For the first time ever, Ms. Sanon isn’t looking- dare I say it “vanilla”.
I like this, I really do. And I understand this look would’ve fell flat without the OTK boots. But I just cannot fathom why people in Bombay must wear boots!!! That city’s weather is not appropriate for any sort of boots, definitely not thigh high ones. But I guess fashion isn’t always about appropriate-ness. Still a pet peeve of mine – boots in Bombay or in any other season but fall/winter.
