In Aekatri
At a recent soirée, Kiran was photographed wearing Aekatri. A pair of earrings and Gucci chain-strap bag were her accessories of choice for the evening. Ms. Rao wears her outfit well.

Nope!!!! again a very bad outfit for Kiran, she is drowning….
Seriously , looks tacky .
This is a beautiful outfit
Attrocious! This is called this fashion?? Absolutely no effort of styling or presentation. The celebrity is free to wear anything they like but for the so-called fashionistas that are administering this page , featuring this piece here calls attention to your choices on what is included under the broad category of fashion. I also find it annoyingly stupid to call this garbage of clothing as “wears it well” whereas other people like Vidya Balan or anyone else wearing a saree or any other half-decent dress w/ little or no-skin show is considered boring or predated. Dont have any regard for this sort of bias.
Tooo much fabric.
This is ridiculous!
Horror show
LOL!
It will look good on tall girls!Kiran is drowing in this outfit.
Love it, I want it!
You can find better views on the subways these days.
Please stop featuring her. The woman does not look like she wants to be seen on fashion pages.. Why force?
+1
Kiran Rao rarely wears anything “well”. More often than not, she is usually slouching.
I personally feel she always purposely try to look very different from mainstream. I don’t think outfit looks good on her. However, I like her face – simple, not overly done makeup – and her looking like her in every photo of her rather looking different per on in each picture.
The outfit is really pretty and has a lovely old world charm to it. It is overwhelming on Kiran though.
I sort of like the outfit. It’s pretty on her. While I applaud her for fearlessly wearing her glasses with everything (instead of resorting to contacts), the shape of the frames is extremely unflattering.
Please help me understand. Why would a human being fear wearing glasses? What about them makes them fearsome?
I wish she could have worn the kurta with straight pants of the same fabric, and minus the dupatta. I love Kiran but she is just drowning here.
