For her appearance at a recent Awards evening, Kiara picked a floral-print ADL dress. Given the high-low hem and tulle layer, the strapless dress could’ve very easily ventured in to the twee/prom category but the styling keeps it from doing so. The ponytail, fresh-faced make-up, Edie Parker clutch and white pumps finished out the look perfectly. Kara looked nice.

High-low hem dresses are not only limited to tween/teens. Anybody can wear them if you have the legs like her to pull of. I like her pumps and fresh faced makeup here.
I think P&P is referring to the tulle part as tween but still agree with you. I like my high low dresses, now I will try to fetch one with a tulle layer. :D
Oh even I don’t like tulle layer on any dress(even for teens dresses). I try to avoid buying anything which has tulle layer.

What a beautiful girl and she looks amazing in the dress. The next fav girl, after Kirti. If you have toned arms and nice legs (like her), you can pull of these high low strapless dress. The problem is when people try to “”stuff” themselves in it which makes them a super tacky and a complete wannabe. :P

Love the look Despite the jarring background, it’s close to perfection. A brown/ white or lime green background would have done justice to this sartorial appropriateness.
