Who better to sport a quirky Manish Arora outfit than Katy Perry, who I love for her quirky fashion sense. See more of all her outfits from the MTV Europe Awards here.

  8. More of a costume and less of a dress. I can see designers making conversation pieces like this. But for a fashion house what brings in the moolah is actual wearable pieces. Like a McQueen skull clutch or a Hermes scarf.

This “outfit” looks more like a craft project.
