For a pre-inaugural event before her performance at the IPL Opening ceremony, Ms. Perry picked an orange sequin Manish Arora dress paired with Charlotte Olympia sandals. She added a wee bit of desi to the look by wearing a blue bindi and a gold haathphool.
P.S. This isn’t her first Manish Arora this year. The blue-haired singer was spotted in a Paco Rabanne by Manish Arora dress a few weeks ago at the Echo Awards 2012.

That is one ridiculous hair colour!
She looks frumpy at the IPL event. She might have ‘indianized’ the look with a bindi with she comes across what is unkindly referred to as behenji-turned-mod or BTM.
The sleeves, the odd fit at the bust, the hair, the ridiculous jewellery, nothing helps.

I like her in both looks! Maybe the haathphool is too much but other than that she looks good!
That hair let me see nothing else. Sorry, blue is more crazy than whacky in my book.
Overall, nothing works in this presentation…from the hair down to the shoes.
