Wearing a lilac Kotwara anarkali, Kareena attended an event for a brand that she endorses. Hair in a middle parted braid, she finished out her look with diamond studs, a sparkly bindi and jootis.
While I like that she picked a simpler dupatta, am a bit on the fence about the gold skirt. It looked a bit odd with the jootis. Like her desi look?

The lilac anarkali looks pleasant on her fair skin. The gold skirt falling on her jootis is odd. If the chudi legs were seen above jootis, it would look nice.

It looks much better on the model. Not feeling the look much on Kareena. It looks plain..she should have added longer earrings and some heels.
Agree abt the skirt ( is it really a skirt or palazzo?). But she looks stunning….so pretty…love the colour on her.

Its not a skirt. She was wearing gold palazzo pants with the anarkali.
If she had worn lilac churidhar instead of the gold palazzo, it would look nice.

Preferred the dupatta worn by the model. She should have stuck to it. This one looks out of place with the rest of the outfit.
Actually the one Kareena wears is more event appropriate. The one on the model is more wedding wear and even appropriate as an engagement dress.
The color looks nice one her.
But like how the dupatta is worn by the model, the length of the dress and skirt as well are better on the model & is little long on kareena.
She looks lovely in the lilac. However, the original dupatta would have looked better.This one is not going with the outfit.
I think it’s a simple and pretty look, it’s the hair I do not like.
The dupatta on the model is very tacky as are the pointy court shoes. This anarkali (or peshwaz as we call it) paired with culottes look was the rage in Pakistan a few years ago and the only heels that look good with it are strappy sandals or peep toes.
Kareena looks like a dream here; endearing as a cherub without those ridiculous pouts.
I think she is looking stunning! The colour looks divine on her.
