After a round of movie promotions, Kareena was photographed as she landed back in to Mumbai and was exiting the airport. Wearing Grassroot separates with Amrapali jewelry, the actor cut quite the pretty picture. Comfy flats and her roomy Balenciaga tote finished out the look.
While she may have changed in to the silver loafers just for travel, am not a fan of them given rest of the outfit. Having taken care to actually pick a pair that matched, she should’ve just gone ahead and swapped them entirely for a pair of jootis or kolhapuris, or even thong sandals which would’ve complemented the look better. But given how great she looked otherwise, happy to overlook what really is a minor gripe anyway.

She looks every bit the star she is. Would have never thought of pairing these long flowy coat thingies with indian outfits. But it totally suits the outfit.
Longshirts look amazing with ethnic wear! Another great outing was Sonam Kapoor at Cannes 2-3 years ago with a flowy lace coat paired with a saree. Iconic!

The shoes actually look good with this outfit, in my opinion. Jooties/kolhapuris/thong sandals would’ve looked very clichéd.

Love this look! I want that outfit! I like the shoes actually…it’s comfy!! You have to walk in airports and jootis/sandals can give you a lot of pain in the foot as they have no soild base of support.
I’m in the minority but I don’t think that blue coat (?)was necessary…there isn’t that find a line between wearing something ‘different’ and wearing a ‘costume’ … but her face and hair look great!

Yes the shoes are a minor gripe….while I don’t like loafers she makes them work with this. I like the Grassroot separates, so pretty. I may have given the blue coat thing a miss but what the hell, she looks FAB ! Hair looks gorg.
